Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2007, at Lacy Funeral Home.

Raymond C. Dragoo, 82, of Carlton, TX, a land developer, rancher, and mechanic, died Wednesday, October 10, 2007, at his residence.

He was born on September 22, 1925 to the late Allen Crawford & Imogene (Mc Mickin) in Brady, TX. He married Betty Joy Walker on September 18, 1948, in Ft. Worth, TX. He was a Baptist. He was a Mason and a Shriner with the Ft. Worth Chapter.

Survivors include wife, Betty Dragoo of Carlton, TX; two sons & daughters-in-law, Donald & Vikkie Dragoo of Mansfield, TX and Jack & Christi Dragoo of Carlton, TX; five grandchildren, David Dragoo of Mansfield, Dewayne Dragoo of Mansfield, TX, Tanya Dragoo of Burleson, TX, Ashlee Dragoo of Carlton, TX, and Andrew Jackson Dragoo of Carlton, TX; and three great grandchildren, Bradley Dragoo of Mansfield, Kyle Dragoo of Mansfield, TX, and Lilly Guntarick of Burleson.

He was preceded in death by one son, Cecil Dragoo on Jan. 7, 1973.
