Doris Talley Howse

Graveside services for Doris Talley Howse, 92, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 01, 2018, at New Dublin Live Oak Cemetery with Glenn Murray officiating. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Doris was born in West Texas on December 7, 1925 to Willie Mae (Watson) and Finis Copeland. She married Jesse Howse on December 7, 1990, in Waco, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 3, 2013.

Doris was a member of the Northwest Baptist Church in Waco, Texas.

Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Moore of Dublin, Texas; three grandsons, James Moore and wife, Lindsay of Dublin, Texas, Stephen Moore and wife, Susan, of Danbury, Texas, and Tommy Moore Jr. and wife, Dahla of Odem, Texas; eight great grandchildren, Aaron, Austin, Lane, Colton, Hudson Moore, Eric, Timmy Rider, and Mia Auster.

Doris was preceded in death by her father and mother, Finis and Willie Mae Copeland; her brother, Woodrow Copeland; her son, Jonathan Dean Talley.
