Our family loved having Mr. Derrick as a neighbor on Lillian Street back in the day. He was such a warm and friendly presence. We'd see that tall, lanky frame in the front yard as we rode our bikes--he'd always give us a wave and a kind word. My family and I offer our deepest condolences to Mrs. Derrick, Colleen, Matthew and Laurie. Our hearts are with you.
