Gotebo - Graveside services for Henry Wilbur Lantz, 90, engineer, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2016, at Gotebo Cemetery in Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Gotebo Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home. Henry was born in Clinton, Oklahoma on December 13, 1925 to Henry Wellington Lantz and Nellie B (Cook) Lantz. He graduated in 1943 from the Clinton High School, the Red Tornadoes. In 1951, he graduated from Oklahoma University with a degree in petroleum engineering. He went on to have a very successful career with Cities Service Oil and Gas and Oxy USA. He married Wilma Jolyne Penn on August 1, 1952, in Clinton, Oklahoma. Henry and Jolyne were married for 63 glorious years. Their marriage was one of lasting love, and friendship, they did everything together. They were partners in life. He was a navigator for the Army Air Corps from February 1945 to November 1945. Survivors include his wife; Jolyne Lantz of Stephenville, sons; Randall Lantz, Steven Lantz, daughter; Tara LeBoeuf. 3 grandchildren; Benjamin Lantz, Charles (Chuck) LeBoeuf, Hank LeBoeuf.
