Jonathon was born in Prescott, Arizona on April 15, 1990 to Cynthia May Tabor and Michael John Lack. His partner was Courtney Lux. of Strawn.

Survivors include his partner, Courtney Lux of Strawn, mother; Cynthia May Tabor of Strawn, father; Michael John Lack, sister; Jessica Tabor of Strawn, Jason Tabor of Lampasas, Nieces and nephews; Helena Tabor-Perez, Cezar Perez-Tabor, Noah Baker, Isabella Tabor, Selen Tabor, grandmother; JoAnn McNeil of Arizona, and aunt; Chris Camacho of Arizona.
