Dublin - Services for Jose Luis Boone, 65, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 20, 2017, at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Junction, Texas with Father Albert Ezeanya officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Lacy Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Jose was born in Allende Coahuila, Mexico on September 14, 1951 to Maria Carrillo and Francisco L. Boone.
He lived most of his life in Junction, Texas where he worked for 40 years at IFF. One of his favorite things to do was spend time with his grandkids. 

Survivors include his sons, Arnulfo Boone and wife, Staci of Dublin, Reynaldo Boone and wife Candy of El Paso, and Jacob Boone of Kerrville and daughter, Amanda Boone of Junction; brothers, Antonio Boone and wife, Nina of Junction, Juan Boone and wife, Yolanda of Uvalde; sisters, Nina Menchaca and husband, Vincente of Junction, and Mary Mata and husband, Fernando of Big Springs; grandchildren, Derek Boone and wife, Jamie of Dublin, Rilee Boone of Dublin, Catalina Boone of Junction, Brianna Boone of Colorado, and TJ Boone of Colorado; three great-grandchildren in Alaska; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Francisco L. Boone, mother, Maria Carrillo, and daughter, Andrea Boone.
