Graveside services for Lena Faye (Huxford) Parr, 96, homemaker, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018, at Smith Springs Cemetery with Rev. Ward Hayes officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Lacy Funeral Home.

Lena was born in Stephenville, Texas on September 24, 1921 to Charles and Ethel Huxford. She married Ray Stephen Parr, Jr. in 1940 in Stephenville. He preceded her in death on August 29, 1981.

She was a member of the Valley Grove Baptist Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include her children Jack Parr and Wife Ann of Mineral Wells, Jerry Parr of Mineral Wells, and Don Parr and Wife Ruth of San Patricio, NM; 11 Grand Children, and numerous Great-Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son Charles Parr and her three sisters.
