Emma Lena Baker

Memorial services for Emma Lena Baker, 94, who died on Saturday, August 4, 2018, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2018, in the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Jay Pemberton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lacy Funeral Home.

Emma was born in Postelle, Arkansas on September 12, 1923 to Guy V. & Alma (Meeks) Patrick.  She married John Baker on August 8, 1948, in Quartzsite, Arizona. He preceded her in death on February 6, 2018. She was a supervisor for Motorola for many years.

Survivors include brother, Jerry Patrick and wife, Glenda; sister, Betty Bowman; three grand-children, Jody Baker and wife, Maunell of Bluff Dale, Texas, Daryl Baker and wife, Jenifer of Midland, Texas, and Brenda and husband, David Dasch of Glen Rose, Texas; she is also survived by fourteen great grand-children and nineteen great great grand-children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters, two brothers, two sons, and one daughter-in-law.
