John Baker Obituary

Memorial services for John R. Baker, 94, mechanic of 38 years, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel.

John was born in Wagner, Oklahoma on February 25, 1923 to Anna (Oswald) and Fred Baker. He married Emma (Patrick) Baker on August 8, 1948 in Quartzsite, Arizona.

He served the United States Army Airforce during WW II. He was a member of the Elks Lodge where he served as Exalted Ruler

Survivors include his wife, Emma Baker; three grandchildren, Jody Baker and wife, Maunell, Daryl Baker and wife, Jenifer, and Brenda Dasch and husband, David; fourteen great grandchildren; and nineteen great-great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his son Patrick Baker April 10, 2013.
