Melba Catherine Phelps

Services for Melba Catherine Phelps, age 76, Certified Nursing Assistant, who died on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, will be held on October 13, 2018 from 5 -7 pm at the Graham Street Church of Christ Family Center, in Stephenville, Texas. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Melba was born in Loco, Oklahoma on February 7, 1942 to Joseph Head and Flossie Smith. Melba married T.J. Phelps, Jr. on June 1, 1960, in Dublin, Texas. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include son, Paul Phelps, son, Bobby Phelps of Stephenville, son, Tony Phelps, Stephenville, daughter, Wanda Gaines, sister, Chris Jordan, sister, Corine Martin, Fort Stockton, Texas, sister, Lavonne Bell, Mineola, Texas, sister, Reta McClean, Dublin, Texas.
