Patricia H (Healey) Cude

Services for Patricia Cude, 73, a Teacher, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 7, 2019, at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Weldon Branham officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. Sunday, October 6, 2019, at Lacy Funeral Home.

 Patricia was born in Spokane, Washington on September 21, 1946 to the late F.L.Ted and Pauline G. Healey. She married Joe Cude on July 21, 1968 in College Place, Washington.

 Pat was a member of several clubs and organizations. In Stephenville, she was a member in several Bridge Clubs, both for women and couple’s clubs. When she came to Stephenville she was in the Newcomer’s Club. At TSU, she was in the Women’s Faculty Club and helped sponsor or was the sponsor for students’ clubs for CIS students. Pat was in several professional organizations for computing including being in the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals. She was also a member of the local chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, an organization of professional educators.

 Patricia was a devoted mother, sister, and a loving, devoted wife for 51+ years. She attended the First Baptist Church of Stephenville.

 Pat was survived by her husband, Joe Cude, of Stephenville, Texas; children, Eileen Nitcholas of Stephenville, Texas; Andrew D. Cude, of Portland, Oregon; Edward J. Cude, and wife Sheena, of Marble Falls, Texas; grandchildren, Kelsey Cude, Kasen Cude, Josh Nitcholas and wife Abby; sister, Susan Hickes and husband David of Crownsville, Maryland; and a great-grandson, Isaac Nitcholas. Pat was preceded in death by a grandson, Matthew Nitcholas.
