Reba was born in Reed, Oklahoma on September 25, 1933 to Johnny & Etna (White) Martin.

Survivors include two children Paula Gail Lane & husband Rick Steppick of Granbury, Texas; and Robert Mardelle Lane of Granbury, Texas. One sister Bernice Barnes of Seminole, Texas; She is also survived by three grandchildren, 3 great-grand children, and 1 great great-grandchild.
