Robert (Rip) Rippstein Obituary

– Rip, 81, Comanche Peak, Brown & Root maintenance contractor, passed peacefully on January 1, 2020. No services are scheduled at this time.

 Rip, was born in Robstown, TX on April 3, 1938 to the late, Wayland J., and Mary F. Rippstein.

 He is survived by his brother, Wayland Rippstein Jr., and wife, Judy of Fredricksburg, TX; sister, Carolyn Simon, and husband, Jerry of Kingsville, TX; and 9 nieces and nephews.

 Rip was happiest on a tractor and working hard as he was a jack of all trades and was always happy to lend a helping hand. He was loved and will be missed dearly.

 Rip, was preceded in death by his parents.

 The family would like to thank Senior Care Center of Stephenville staff and nurses; Amber, Cheryl and Dee; Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, especially Dr Brister for her kindness. The family also gives special thanks to Janah Eaves, Judy Lloyd, and Margo Price for all of their help throughout the years.
