Cremation with a private memorial service for Rickey Green, age 61, a Team Roping Instructor, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Rickey was born in Stockton, California on July 4, 1957 to William Virgil Green and Charlotte Henderson. Rickey married Kelly Ann Mertz on November 22, 1986, in Burbank, California.

Survivors include wife, Kelly Ann Green of Morgan Mill, daughter Whitney Green of College Station, sisters Rochell Stewart, Acampo, CA, Rennette Lewis, Cottonwood CA, Rynea Vandeburgh of Redding, CA, Rhonda Mercado of RedOak, OK, along with several nieces and nephews.
