Anita Sharlene (Wood) Tate

A graveside service for Anita Sharlene Tate, 79, will be held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday, April 30, 2022, at West End Cemetery with Rev. Weldon Branham officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:30 P.M.- 7:30 P.M. Friday, April 29, 2022, at Lacy Funeral Home.

Anita was born in Stephenville, Texas on March 13, 1943, to Thurman and Veta (Parnell) Wood. She married James Donald Tate on March 11, 1972, in Johnsville, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 14, 2018.

Anita was a member of the Church of Christ.

Anita is survived by her daughter, Hallie Tate of Stephenville, Texas.
