Arthur Otis Mercer passed-away on October 20, 2020.

Arthur was born in Fort Worth, Texas on November 1, 1961 to Billy and Virginia (Hughes) Mercer. He loved spending time with friends and family. Arthur also enjoyed his work in the flooring industry, and dancing, back in the day.

Arthur is survived by his children, Billy Dale Mercer, and Kaleb Neve; siblings, Hether Gay (Mercer) McGovern, and Angel Mae (Mercer) Elkins; and his dog, Mamas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy, and Virginia (Hughes) Mercer; siblings, Billy Carroll Mercer, Jr, Rodney Allen Mercer, and Juanita Louise Mercer.
