Carol Ann Bane

Carol Bane, our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend and teacher. Her service will be held at 2 pm Sun. March 5, 2023, at Lacy Funeral home with Cody Martin officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6-8pm Sat. March 4, 2023, at Lacy Funeral Home.  

Carol was 86 years old when she passed from this life. She was born on December 1, 1936, in Stockton, California to the late Tom & Velma Woodard.  She was married to William “Bill” Bane for 53 years from February 16, 1957, until his death on March 13, 2011. 

Carol is survived by two daughters Lenora Hoag & husband Kevin of Stephenville, and Lavonne Tucker also of Stephenville, five grandchildren Jennifer Martin & husband Cody, Jessica Hoag, Katie Hoag & husband Taylor Ferguson, Alexia Tucker and Mia Tucker, and four great grandchildren Aston Martin, Hannah Hoag, Hunter Horn and Ben Ferguson.

She was also preceded in death by her brother Charles Woodard, and her sister Tressie Freeman.
