Carol Ann Dixon

Memorial Services for Carol Ann Dixon, 71, homemaker, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 19, 2023, at the Cowboy Church of Erath County with Dr. Werth Mayes officiating.

Carol was born on March 15, 1952, to Weldon Ray and Della Faye (Box) Chick. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Dixon.

Survivors include her children, Waylon Gore and wife, Cherie, of Glen Rose, Texas, Christal Gore of Granbury, Texas, and Daniel Gore and wife, Diana, of Arkansas; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Glen Chick and wife, Paula, of Hico, Texas, and Gary Chick and wife, Doris, of Stephenville, Texas; sister, Pam Scott and husband, Dan, of Stephenville, Texas; and brother-in-law, Rusty Dixon of Godley, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Chick, and her parents, Della Faye Cole and W.G. “Dub” Cole.
