Cheryl D. Powers

Services for Cheryl Powers, 75, lumber salesman, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 24, 2019, at Harvey Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Svajda and Rev. Johnny Hart officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00–8:00 P.M., Friday, August 23, 2019, at Lacy Funeral Home.

 Cheryl was born in Stephenville, Texas on February 6, 1944, to the late, Virgil and Loretta Powers. He married Darline Anderson on February 26, 1972, in Stephenville, Texas.

 Cheryl was a member of the Harvey Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon Emeritus.

 Cheryl is survived by his wife, Darline Powers of Stephenville, Texas; sons, Dwaine Powers of Stephenville, Texas, and Jared Powers and wife, Stacy, of Ft. Worth, Texas; sister, Linda Tuggle and husband, Kenneth, of Stephenville, Texas; and two sisters-in-law, Linda Bundock of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Kathy Wilson of Snyder, Texas; and two grandchildren, Jacob Powers and Andy Powers of Ft Worth, Texas.
