David Richard Welch

A Memorial Service for David Richard Welch, 72, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday October 2, 2021, with Military Honors, with Rev. David Keith officiating at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel.

David was born in Hico, Texas on November 10, 1948, to Mary Blanch (Barton) Welch. He married Letha Kerley.

David was an Army Veteran. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

David is survived by his wife, Letha Welch; children, Danielle Greenwood, and Dylan Welch; grandchildren, Patrick Brown and wife, Kiara, and Mataya Brown; great grandchildren, Cason Thornton, and Kensley Thornton; nieces, Miranda Jensen, Michelle Eddleman and their children. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Blanch Barton; brother, Robert Welch; and great grandson, Levi Brown.
