Donna Jo (Lee) Haynie

Our dear mother, Donna Jo Haynie, sadly passed away on Jan 24, 2023 at the age of 73.  She was a wonderful mother who was always there when needed.  She was a well respected member and resident of Stephenville, Texas where she lived for 38 years with her husband Larry Haynie. The daughter of Bill and Tommie Lee, she was born on January 1, 1950 as the New Years baby of Monahans.  She met and married Larry in Odessa and celebrated 51 years of marriage.  

A long time resident of Stephenville, Donna worked for Tarleton State University in many capacities.  Starting in the Dining Hall, she moved to Student Services, and finally the Presidents office. She was a sponsor of the Purple Poo and had a deep love for Tarleton State Univerity.  

Donna was preceded in death by her mother and father, Bill and Tommie Lee, her husband Larry Haynie, and a daughter Laren Haynie.  She is survived by her daughters Ashley Sanders and Raegan Hall, and three granddaughters, Macy Hall, Madelyn Harvey, and Maegan Hall.  She is survived by her Fur-Babies Porche, Bently, and Felice Navidad who were her pride and joys.
