Services for Doris Rogers Alexander, 77, bookkeeper for Erath County Appraisal District, who died on February 2, 2023, will be held at 2:00 P.M ., Friday, February. 10, 2023, at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Weldon Branham officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Lacy Funeral Home.
Doris was born in Brownfield, Texas, on February 6, 1945, to Charles and Ethel Rogers. She graduated from Dora High School in Dora, New Mexico and was a longtime resident of Stephenville, Texas.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Bradley Hill; grandchildren, Camille McCamey and Cassidy Bluhm; and great-grandchildren, Cameron Wolfe, Reilly McCamey, Braedyn Wolfe, Jaxon Shepard, and Devin Russell. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Bradley Howe.
