A Graveside service for Letha Doylene Shipman, 83, Nurse, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Gardens of Memory in Stephenville, TX with Mike Hannah officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Lacy Funeral Home.

Doylene was born in Dalhart, TX on January 19, 1936 to James Doyle Halbert and Dovie Bertis Chapman. She married J.W. Shipman. He preceded her in death on January 8, 1997.

Survivors include sister, Frances Seymour of Denver City, TX as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
