Eddie C. Withers

A Memorial Service for Eddie C. Withers, 83, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 10, 2021, at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Father Matthew Sanka officiating.

Eddie was born in El Paso, Texas on October 18, 1937 to Irwin Highwood, and Frances Horn. He married Glenda Schreffler on March 13, 1956, in Alamagordo, New Mexico.

Eddie was Catholic by faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting sports, baseball and he just enjoyed life in general.

Eddie is survived by his wife of 64 years, Glenda Withers; his children, Pamela Norrell, of Kellar, Texas, and Leslie and Mitchell Hughes, of Stephenville, Texas; grandchildren, Kylie and Derek Cranford, Katie and Joe Borjon, and Charlie Hughes; great grandchildren, Joseph, Jacob and Julia Borjon, and Sadie and Dylan Cranford; siblings, Bill and Pattie Withers, of Cottonwood Shores, Texas, Chris and Carolyn Withers, of Rockport, Texas, brother-in-law, Willie and Diana Schreffler, of Willis Point, Texas; and many nieces and nephews. Eddie was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Agan.
