Eileen was born in New York City, New York, on June 19, 1959, to Joseph and Yvonne (Morezett) Quigley. She married Mark Foster on March 17, 2000.
She was a member of the Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Foster of Stephenville, Texas; step-sons, Mark Foster of Frisco, Texas, and Jason Foster and wife, Christi, of Stephenville, Texas; grandchildren, Jacob, Christopher, Allyson, and Chloe; her brother, Ernie Quigley of Florida; and her sister, Roberta DiDonato of Colorado.
