Emma Marcelle (Prater) Parrott

A Graveside service for Emma Marcelle Parrott, 85, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 18, 2021, at the Old Dublin Cemetery with name officiating.

Marcie was born in Dublin, Texas on September 1, 1935, to Bill Robert Prater and Lora Mae (Humphries) Prater. She married Tommy Lee Parrott on November 24, 1955, in Dublin, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2013.

Marcie was a Methodist by faith.

Marcie is survived by her children, Bill Parrott and wife Julie, Mark Parrott and wife Mary Lou, and Mike Parrott; grandchildren, Chris Howell, Cody Parrott and wife Kelcey, Nick Parrott, Daniel Parrott, Emily Parrott, Randi Renea Haley, and Matthew Parrott; 4 great grandchildren; and sister, Winnie Rasberry. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Prater; great granddaughter, Victoria Parrott; brother-in-law, Wilbur Rasberry; and sister-in-law, Jerry Ann Prater.
