Frances Sharilyn "Shari" (Boone) Henderson

   Frances “Shari” Sharilyn Henderson Boone, 77, of Mineral Wells, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026.

Shari was born on May 6, 1949, to Clifford Boone and Alma Jean Jernigan in Knox City, Texas. She worked as a nurse and spent her life caring for others with kindness and compassion.

She enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and arrowhead hunting. Shari loved spending time with her family and friends and will be remembered for her caring heart and strong spirit.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank Thomas Henderson Jr.; her sister, Suzy Kennedy; and her son, Mark Stevens.

Shari is survived by her children, Phil Boone and wife Rebekah of Wylie , Texas, and Heather Pray and husband Reese of Granbury, Texas; her sister, Kathy Sims and husband John of Cuero, Texas; 7 grandchildren including Angus and Marshall; and 2 great-grandchildren, along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

For everyone who knew and loved Shari, a Celebration of Life will be held on June 7, 2026 in Granbury, Texas at her daughter's (Heather) home.
