Gladys Ann Steinberg

Gladys Steinberg, retired insurance manager, entered eternal rest on April 10, 2024, in Stephenville, Texas, at the age of 73. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Gladys was born in Chicago, Illinois, on August 9, 1950, to Leon Pratt and Evelyn (Johnson) Pratt. She married Ronald Steinberg in Wheaton, Illinois. He preceded her in death in 2009.

In her spare time, Gladys enjoyed traveling, gardening and reading. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, grandkids, and friends.

Survivors include her children, Eric Steinberg of Bluff Dale, Texas, and Aaron Steinberg and wife, Valary of Chicago, Illinois; grandchildren, Rachel Steinberg of Bourbonnais, Illinois, Hannah Steinberg of Bourbonnais, Illinois, Michigan Steinberg of Chicago, Illinois, and Peter Steinberg of Chicago, Illinois; sisters, Lillian, Donna, Doris, Debbie, and Cindy; and sisters-in-law, Christine, and Gail.                      

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692, or to charity of choice.
