Henry was born in Canada on October 30, 1950, to Henry and Mary (Fehr) Rosche. He married Kathryn Milligan on May 21, 1973, in Coldspring, Texas.

Henry was a member of the Full Gospel Church.

Henry is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kathryn Rosche; 2 children, Brenda Rosche of De Leon, Texas, and Henry Rosche of De Leon, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Ricky Watson of Early, Texas, Danielle Dean of Norfolk, Virginia, CJ Rosche of Stephenville, Texas, and Cheyenne Rosche of Stephenville, Texas; siblings, Tina Newdorf of Canada, Earnest Rosche of Canda, Mary Matate of South Carolina, Rick Rosche of Houston, Texas, and Eddie Rosche of South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Rosche, and sister Betty Sutherland.
