Irene (Espinoza) Torres

Services for Irene Espinoza Torres, 79, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Father Matthew Sanka officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M.- 7:00 P.M., with Rosary at 6:00 P.M., Friday, April 16, 2021 at Lacy Funeral Home.  

Irene was born in Nuevo Leon Mexico on August 23, 1941 to Jesus and Oralia (Lira) Espinoza. She married Jessie Torres on April 13, 1959 in Piedras Negras Coah Mexico. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2020.

Irene was residing at Arden Place Nursing and Rehab facility in Beaumont, Texas. The family wishes to thank all of her caregivers.

Irene is survived by her children, Joe Albert Torres, John Torres, Maria Teresa Villarreal, Jesse Torres, Jr., Sam Torres, Maricella Monrreal, Dora Elia, George Torres, and Carmelita Lopez; numerous grand children and great grandchildren; siblings, Jesse Espinoza, Esau Espinoza, Maria Hernandez, Juana Briseno, Consepcion Reyes, Eliseo Espinoza, and Elias Espinoza.
