Joe Luis Ramos

Visitation for Joe Luis Ramos, 64, will be held from 9:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. Monday, January 3, 2022, at Lacy Funeral Home with Father James officiating the Last Rites at 1:00 P.M. and a Rosary at 5:00 P.M.

Joe was born in Laredo, Texas on February 15, 1957, to Gabriel and Leonor (Montoya) Ramos.

Joe was a devoted Catholic and a member of St. Brendan’s Catholic Church. He enjoyed reading, working out, and cooking. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, the Dallas Cowboys, and keeping his truck shiny and nice.

Joe is survived by his children, Tiffany Mora and husband Jonathan, Tosha Luna and husband Daniel, Kimberly Davis and husband Keoni; grandchildren, Avelina, and JJ Mora, Angel, and Cynthia Luna, Ke’koa, and Kahaani Davis; brother, Gabriel Ramos; sisters, Linda Saavedra, Diana Munoz, Mary Mascorro, and Lisa Monrreal; step father, Gregory Montoya; and many nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel and Leonor (Montoya) Ramos, and his faithful and loving pet, Rocky.
