Kevin Miller, 62, of Dublin TX joined family members in Heaven on December 22, 2022. From the age of 8, Kevin’s love for music set the course for what became his lifetime profession. He was an incredible musician, self-taught mastering drums, bass guitar, and lead guitar. From Nashville Printer’s Alley, through Europe, Branson MO, Jackson Hole WY, Las Vegas and multiple cities across Texas, Kevin played with many well-known artists, including Mickey Gilley and his very close friend Platinum Recording Artist Doug Supernaw.
He was born and raised in Lebanon MO, and in more recent years had settled in Texas. In August of 2021, knowing he wanted to spend time closer to his brother and family, including his two nieces and their young children, he moved to Dublin Texas. In a very short time, Kevin gained a whole new host of friends. Kevin was widely known for his tremendous heart and positive attitude.
He was preceded in death by his father Delaney E. Miller Jr., his mother Edna Mae Miller (Kincheloe), his maternal and paternal grandparents, his aunt Janice Lindsay and uncles Chester Kincheloe and Gary Kincheloe. He is survived by his brother Keith D Miller (and Christi), his nieces Ashley Peterson (and Troy), and Kayla Georger (and Tyler), his great-nieces Madison and Valerie, and his great-nephews Weston and River, 1st cousins Jeff Walters, Brent Kincheloe, Adam Kincheloe, and Joey Kincheloe, as well as other extended cousins.
The family is planning a local memorial in the Dublin area that will of course include live music, date and location to be announced. There will also be a graveside service in Lebanon Mo on May 20, 2023 at the Lebanon City Cemetery.
