Lawrence Edward "Larry" Fick, Jr.

Visitation for Lawrence Edward “Larry” Fick, Jr. will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Lacy Funeral Home chapel. Larry passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was 78 years old. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Larry was born in Bay City, Michigan, on July 19, 1946, to parents Lawrence Edward Fick, Sr. and Ina (Cottrell) Fick. He married Rebecca Beck on May 10, 1975, in Midland, Michigan.

Larry was a Vietnam veteran, proudly serving in the United States Air Force. He worked as an electrical engineer. In his spare time, Larry enjoyed wood working and carving. He also was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Fick of Stephenville, Texas; sons, William Decker and wife, Patti of Saginaw, Michigan, and David Fick of Stephenville, Texas; sister, Penny Schwerin and husband, George of Pinconning, Michigan; and brother, Frank Fick and wife, Julie of Midland, Michigan.
