Phyllis Thompson

Services for Phyllis Thompson will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Lacy Funeral Home chapel with Werth Mayes officiating. Burial will follow at the ExRay Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Lacy Funeral Home. Phyllis entered eternal rest on May 20, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 73. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Phyllis was born in Stephenville, Texas, on May 22, 1950, to her parents Philip Jefferson Graves and Billie Vern (Emmett) Graves. She married Greg Thompson on December 5, 1981, in Morgan Mill, Texas.

Phyllis dedicated her life to her family, making a comfortable home filled with lots of love, good food and happy memories. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking, reading, and feeding birds. Phyllis was a member of the Erath County Cowboy Church.

Survivors include her husband, Greg Thompson of Bluff Dale, Texas; daughter, Laura Beth Compton and husband, Mike of Fort Worth, Texas; grandsons, Levi Compton and Remington Compton of Fort Worth, Texas; several nieces and nephews.
