Rachel was born in Strawn, Texas on May 23, 1961 to William Shubert and Pauline (Steele) Love.

Rachel was Baptist by faith.

Rachel is survived by her children, Michael, and wife Melissa, Crystal Fritzgerald, Angie, Marshall II, and Joseph Dhane; grandchildren, Alex Stroud, Brian Victoria, Landon, Harbour, and AnnaLynn Kimmell, and Aracile Dhane; siblings, Lloyd and Shirley Srader, Myrtle Baker, Jimmy and J.L. Shubert, Tommie and David Patterson, Calvin Youngblood, and Donna Coin. Rachel was preceded in death by Bob, Bill, and Paul Srader, Carlene Simmons, and Danny Shubert.
