Reta Jo (Gilliam) Wills

Services for Reta Jo Wills, 85, loving Mother and long-time legal secretary, will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Clairette Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Robinson officiating.  Burial will follow at 3:00 PM at Burkett Cemetery, Burkett, Texas.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, August 20, 2021, at Lacy Funeral Home, Stephenville, Texas.  

Reta Wills went to meet her heavenly Father and family on Sunday, August 15, 2021.  Reta was born on July 5, 1936, in Santa Anna, Texas to W.E. "Buster" Gilliam and Maurine Jane Gilliam.  She is survived by her brother Jerry Gilliam and wife Susan of Richardson, TX; Sons, Dan Keith Davis, Jr and wife Janet of Austin, TX, William Gregory Davis and wife Sherri of Houston, TX; and daughter Lisa Davis Hall of Alvarado, TX; Grandchildren, Jackson Connor Davis and wife Katie, Kathryn Davis, Airman First Class Tanner Davis, Tyler Davis and wife Abby, Wyatt Davis and wife Annie, Sydney Davis, Jordan Hall and wife Trisha, Landyn Hall, Clint Wills and wife Laura, William Biles and wife Stephanie, Jennifer Wills, Barby Biles, and LeAnn Patterson; fifteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Gauvayne Wills; parents W.E. "Buster" Gilliam and Maurine Jane Gilliam; children George Wills, Regena Wills Derrick and husband Charles; grandson Kellen Davis; granddaughter Sherrie Biles; great-grandson Quincey Wills; sister-in-law Bonita Meinzer; and brother-in-law Bobby Edd Wills.

She was a faithful member of the Clairette Baptist Church and Sunday School.  She was Vice President of the (TEA) Texas Extension Association in Clairette, TX.  In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please make a donation to Tri Rivers Baptist Retreat Center in Hico, TX, https://tri-riversbaptistarea.com or your favorite charity.
