Roy Lynn Wilson

Roy Lynn Wilson died at home, surrounded by family on Saturday, March 12, 2022.

Roy was born in Hico, Texas on February 28, 1960, to Joseph and Thazel (McCarty) Wilson.  He married Yvonne Reyes on June 17, 1995, in Stephenville, Texas. She preceded him in death on November 20, 2017.

Roy was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Roy is survived by a daughter, Avarie Wilson of Dublin, Texas; a son, Rick MacGregor of Granbury, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Anastasia of Dublin, Texas, Ashton, Alexa, and Abbygail of Stephenville, Texas; 5 great grandchildren, Griffin of Dublin, Texas, JaxLiam of Stephenville, Texas, Elliott of Stephenville, Texas, JilliAnn of Stephenville, Texas, and Aubrey of Dublin, Texas; a brother, Jesse Whelchel from Fort Worth, Texas; and 2 sisters, Sandra, and Teresa. He also leaves behind many friends and coworkers at Granbury Care Center.
