Sandra Gayle Rogers

A Celebration of Life for Sandra Gayle Rogers, 74, a retired manager for Good Will, will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at Victory Baptist Church in Stephenville, Texas, with Rev. Russell White officiating.

On Monday, October 20, 2022, Sandra Gayle Rogers went home to be with our Lord. Sandra was born in Dallas, Texas, on June 1, 1948, to Joseph and Ruby Collins. Later she was blessed with two sons, Jeff and Joe Emmert. She went on to marry the love of her life, Billy Jack Rogers, on June 2, 1985, where they spent 23 wonderful years on the Rogers’ old home place and farm in Athens, Texas. She moved to Dublin, Texas, in 2009 to be closer to family after the passing of her husband. She resided in the Dublin /Stephenville area until the Lord called her home. Sandra was a devoted Christian and a member of Victory Baptist Church of Stephenville. She went to church every time the doors were open until her health declined so much that it prevented her from going.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Lisa Emmert of Clinton, Tennessee, and son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Angie Emmert of Dublin, Texas; two grandsons, Steven (Lindsay) Emmert of Joshua, Texas, and Brayden Emmert of Dublin, Texas; and one great-granddaughter, Reagan Emmert of Joshua, Texas.
