Sarah passed peacefully, surrounded by family on Monday, March 2, 2020.

Sarah was born in Victor, Idaho on October 27, 1943 to Chester and Glenna Burks.

Sarah is survived by her children, Melody Spicer Jackson, and husband Bobby, of Morgan Mill, Texas, Regina Spicer of Manteca, California, Sheila Spicer Meenan, and husband James of Tacoma, Washington; numerous grand children including Crystal McCartney, and wife Debra of Fort Worth, Texas; and numerous brothers and sisters.
