Shirley Jean Mullins

Shirley J. Mullins, 83, homemaker, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on April 12, 2025, in Stephenville, Texas. She will be cremated and services will be held at a later date.

Shirley was born February 23, 1942, in Denton, Texas, to James Calvin and Eunice Evelyn (Story) Koiner. She married Larry Mullins on November 22, 1958, in Dennison, Texas.

Shirley was a member of the Morgan Mill Church of Christ. She loved to fish, watch sports, sew, crochet, and spend time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Mullins of Stephenville, Texas; children, Bruce Mullins and wife, Sherry, of Mansfield, Texas, Carla Wilkins of Columbia, Missouri, and Jeff Mullins and wife, Jacqueline, of Stephenville, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Richard Koiner and wife, Louise. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Theresa Mullins, and several brothers and sisters.
