Susan was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on May 24, 1950 to George and Donna (Damm) Tarbuk. She was married to Glenn Moore, who preceded her in death a few years ago.

Susan attended the Erath County Cowboy Church. She loved her church, and her church family dearly.

Susan is survived by several nieces and nephews who love her very much.
