Teri Cook Hodges, 59, of Stephenville, TX passed away on June 26, 2023. She was born in Hobbs, New Mexico on July 29, 1963. Her service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 30, at Lacy Funeral Home with Weldon Branham officiating.
Teri resided in Stephenville most of her life and worked at Peacocks for over 20 years. To know Teri was a blessing to all. She was a loving and caring person to anyone she met along her journey. She loved her life to the fullest and never took a day for granted. Her biggest accomplishments in life were her 3 boys. Teri’s last words to us all were “Cry not for me but to live for me.”
She is survived by her husband Robert Hodges, her sons James Rhude, Danny Hallman and wife Amanda, and Chris Rhude and wife Kelsey, her daughter Brandi Bragg and Scott, her stepdaughter Robyn Rankin and husband Zach, her stepsons Jake Hodges and wife Jess and Jesse Hodges, her grandchildren Zach Hallman, Lucas Hallman, Gunner Hallman, Ciara Lord, Parker Rhude, Miles Rhude, Haiden Holloway, Grayson Holloway, Maverick Holloway, Kaleb Rankin, Jaden Hodges, Tyler Hodges, Zack Vanzetten, and Andrew Vanzetten, her sisters Mary Jean, Lisa Jean, Lana Barnes, Carla, and Alesa, her brothers BJ Oakley and wife Wendy and Paul Kurko and wife Keisha, and numerous nieces and nephews. Teri is preceded in death by her mother Billie Oakley, her brother James Burn, and her sister Marsha Triplett.
