Theodore “Ted” Arcoren

Services for Theodore Arcoren, 55, will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Lacy Funeral Home with Pastor Victor Castillo officiating. Visitation will be held at Lacy Funeral Home one hour prior to the service from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Ted was born in Yankton, South Dakota, on January 24, 1968, to parents Theodore George Wright and Constance Joan Arcoren. He married Nichol Eagle Hawk on September 14, 2014, in South Dakota.

Ted was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed building things with his hands. His hobbies included disc golf, racquetball, fishing and swimming. He was a proud native of the Ponca tribe of Nebraska.

Survivors include his wife, Nichol Eagle Hawk; his six children, Joel; Whitney; Debbra; Theodora; Kendra; Evelyn; and five step-children he raised; several grandchildren; and two siblings, Rich Wright and Donna Wright.                      

He was preceded in death by his mother, Constance Joan Arcoren; father, Theodore George Wright; sister, Kendra; and brother, Doug.
