Tommy E. Chapman

Tommy E. Chapman of Dublin, Texas, passed away on August 4, 2026.

Tommy was born on July 21, 1944, in Big Spring, Texas, to Willie Barney Chapman and Bertha Morrison. He was a member of the Baptist church. He loved spending time with his family and fishing. He married Sandy (Lyon) Chapman on December 19, 1962, in Big Spring, Texas.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Sandy; his two children, Shane Chapman of Shallowater, Texas, and Shelly Chance and husband Barry of Dublin, Texas; two grandchildren, Spencer Chance and wife Regan, and Cameron Chance and wife Cambree; two great-grandchildren, Bentleigh Bleu and Graycie James Chance; his brothers, Clydel Chapman and wife Fredia, and Kenneth Chapman and wife Elizabeth; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Don Chapman and Jan Chapman; and two sisters, Sondra Gay Chapman and Barbara Ditto.

Tommy will be remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Services for Tommy will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Lacy Funeral Home in Stephenville, TX, burial will follow at the West End Cemetery
