Services for Jesus Ontiveros, 49, owner of Jesse’s Lawn and Tree Service, who died Friday, August 19, 2016, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Deacon Tommy Diaz officiating. The funeral procession will begin at 3:30 P.M. at the family farm and everyone will be escorted from the family farm to St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. The Rosary will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 and Thursday, August 25, 2016 starting at 7:30 P.M. both days at the family farm. Directions to the family farm: (2425 County Road 182 in Stephenville).  Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Jesus was born in San Luis De La Paz Guanajuato, Mexico, to Antonio and Isidra (Herrera) Ontiveros. He married Rosa Martinez on August 20, 1988, in San Luis De La Paz Guanajuato, Mexico.

He was a member of St. Brendan’s and St. Mary’s Catholic Churches and the Knights of Columbus. He resided in Stephenville for more than 35 years.

Survivors include his wife, Rosa Ontiveros of Stephenville; his children, Erik Ontiveros, Jesse Ontiveros, Dennis Ontiveros, and Gissille Ontiveros all of Stephenville; brothers and sisters, Augustin Ontiveros Herrera, Carlos Ontiveros Herrera, Maria Del Carmen Ontiveros, and Maria Guadalupe Ontiveros all of Mexico; his parents, Antonio and Isidra Ontiveros of Mexico; and his grandmother, Tranquilina Vargas of  Mexico.
