Memorial services for Pauline (Bea) Roe, 92, a telephone operator, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27th, at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Buddy Wells officiating. Cremains will be laid to rest at a later date. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Pauline was born in Huckabay, Texas on October 19th, 1923 to John Henry and Nancy Spence McDougle.  She married Robert Roe on October 1, 1966 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death on June 9th, 2012.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stephenville. She was also a member of Meals on Wheels in Stephenville.

Survivors include her three step-children, Lynda Brinson of Mill Spring, NC; Cheryl Goettsch of Nampa, IN; Bobby Roe of Albuquerque, NM; sister-in-law, Ouida McDougle of Ft. Worth; sister-in-law Jo Stem of Stephenville; several nieces and nephews including Jerry Stem of Carrollton, TX; Debra Ciccarelli of Stephenville; Paula Prater of Stephenville; Phillip Sharp of Colorado Springs, CO; Larry Sharp of Colorado Springs, CO; Cindy McBride of Rowlett, TX.
