Rayford!!! You will be missed my friend. Best part of getting fantastic produce, home grown was seeing and visiting with you! I remember telling you how much you reminded me of Bing Cosby. I don't think you knew what to say to that but I think you didn't mind the comparison. I am happy for you that you found you'r heavenly reward while doing what you loved so much and being out on your land,... peaceful and content, I feel certain. God bless your family ....

I am so very sorry for your loss. I remember many times waving at Mr. Savage when he had his radiator shop on E Washington. We lived on College Street right behind his shop and I'd see him all the time and he would just wave and wave at us. He was such a kind sweet man and I know you will all miss him very much. My prayers go out to you at this very sad time. God Bless you all!

He was an unusual person. It was interesting to stop and talk with him about his garden and his work. Honesty, pride and hard work in this day and age is not always valued, but be assured he gave his best until the very end. Our prayers are with you and he will be missed in a wide circle of the community.
